Your hospital is participating in a regional, collaborative project focused on improving healthcare workforce experience and retention. Your feedback is critical to helping your leadership better understand your everyday work experience and how you believe it could be improved.

The following survey includes questions about your current work experience to:

• Find out how engaged and fulfilled you are with your current job,
• Identify sources of chronic workplace stress and frustration, and
• Identify actions that can be taken to improve culture, processes, systems, and your overall work experience.

Your survey responses will be submitted through a secure web portal managed by CaroNova and the South Carolina Hospital Association (SCHA) and will be analyzed in a de-identified, aggregate form. Your identity and responses will not be accessible by your organization. Your individual survey responses are completely anonymous and confidential and your participation in this survey is strictly voluntary . Aggregate, de-identified data analysis will be provided to hospitals for the purpose of identifying population-specific needs and driving action toward improvement.
